Why Your Business Should Have A Toll-Free Number

Why should your business have a toll free number, when they already have a regular phone number. Here are some reasons:

1. When customers call a toll free number, they don't have to pay. This means, to the consumer, that you are trying to save them money.

2. Having a toll free number builds your company's reputation. This shows that you are serious about your business because you have gone the extra mile and want to extend your service to the whole country or at least the people who live around your city in the long distance calling areas.

3. Moving is much easier when you have a toll free number. You may have to get a new local phone number if you move, but you don't lose your toll free number.


Big or small, there is no reason for any business not to have a toll free number. There are many advantages to having a toll free number, especially as a business owner. It not only increases customer relations, but your bottom line too.
