Wheatgrass Helps You Get More Energy

Wheat is an essential part of our survival. Most of us consumer wheat daily in one form or another. Having grains in your daily diet is important so that you get good carbohydrates. However, very little is known by people about wheatgrass.

Wheatgrass is the wheat plant which is about 7 days old - which is when it has the highest nutrition. Wheatgrass is best taken in juice form within 15 minutes of processing it in a juicer. Other forms include powder and capsules.

Let's take a quick look at what wheatgrass juice can do for us when consumed directly:

1. Boosts energy levels
2. Good for immune system
3. Cleans blood - which is really good for skin problems
4. Helps with stomach ailments
5. Improves digestion. Helps get rid of constipation

These are just some of the benefits of wheatgrass juice. For people who cannot consume the juice form, they can also buy shots.

Wheatgrass juice can be sprayed directly on wounds, burns and infected parts of the body. This boosts the healing process in the body. The chlorophyll contained in it helps with many skin related disorders including fungus and parasites.

Anyone can easily grow wheatgrass at home in pots. Just search in Google using the phrase "how to grow wheatgrass" and you'll be able to find plenty of resources and information that you can use to grow it at home.

LPG subsidy and Aadhaar

LPG subsidy scheme for aadhaar card holders is yet to launch in India. While some states and districts will launch the scheme within this month, there will be some additional time given to people who have not obtained aadhaar card yet.

In Andhra Pradesh, the scheme will launch from May 15, 2013, however the subsidy will also be available to people who do not have a UID number yet, until August 15. More than two million people in AP do not have a UID number at this time.

Similarly other states will continue providing subsidy to non-aadhaar card holders for a few more months.
This process should ensure that non-aadhaar card holders have sufficient time to obtain a UID number.

A question to consider is whether it is fair for the government to launch this scheme.

The main benefit of launching this scheme is that people will not be able to have duplicate LPG connections, which is a widespread practice throughout India which goes unnoticed by the government. Aaadhaar card holders will not be able to get away with multiple LPG connections.

All of this sounds good, however the subsidy process itself does not make much sense. The LPG consumer will first have to pay around INR 900 and will then get over INR 400 directly transferred to the bank account. This will create a huge amount of extra work for financial institutions/post offices etc. and will utilize enormous amount of resources - which is not really needed.

Most consumers are not satisfied with this scheme, however a common man can not spare time to protest against such impositions. He is too busy trying to make a living. However, if schemes like such continue it is quite possible that the current government will not be able to stay in power after the next elections.

Catching a Flight From Chandigarh Airport

It is always good to do your homework before you take a flight from Chandigarh Airport. Fortunately you can now review the schedules of the flights online before you decide which one works out best for you. After you have chosen the flight that is matching with your schedule, the next step is to find out the prices for the airline tickets. The best place to start doing your research is to explore the websites that offer tickets online, like Travelocity. You can also visit the airlines' websites too.
Within about fifteen minutes of doing your research, you should have a good idea about the prices. The next step is to either purchase your ticket directly from a website or from a local travel agent. I don't really think that you will find a big difference in the prices. Purchasing a ticket from a local travel agent can be time-consuming. You will also have to pick up the ticket from their office.
If you want to save your time and energy, it is best to purchase your ticket online, print it off and make sure you show up about an hour earlier at the airport to catch your flight. If you are being driven to the airport, you don't really have to enter the parking area. Just get the driver to drop you off just before the parking entrance. That way you can save the parking charges. It is a reasonable long walk to get inside the airport, so make sure that you are prepared. Putting your luggage in a trolley would be a good idea in case it is heavy.
Here is a more definite step-by-step process that you can follow:
1. Review the schedules of flights operating at Chandigarh Airport.
2. Make a list of the airlines that best suit your schedule.
3. Visit Travelocity.co.in or Yatra.com and compare the prices offered by the airlines on your list.
4. Select the one that offers the best price.
5. Call a couple of local travel agents to find out what price they offer for the same flight. If you don't have their phone numbers, you can call Just Dial at 0172-6999-999 and they will send you a list of the local travel agents and their contact numbers via SMS or Email.
6. Decide whether you want to purchase your ticket online or through the local travel agent. If you don't have a credit card, then you won't be able to purchase a ticket online.
Good luck with your trip!

Why Your Business Should Have A Toll-Free Number

Why should your business have a toll free number, when they already have a regular phone number. Here are some reasons:

1. When customers call a toll free number, they don't have to pay. This means, to the consumer, that you are trying to save them money.

2. Having a toll free number builds your company's reputation. This shows that you are serious about your business because you have gone the extra mile and want to extend your service to the whole country or at least the people who live around your city in the long distance calling areas.

3. Moving is much easier when you have a toll free number. You may have to get a new local phone number if you move, but you don't lose your toll free number.

Big or small, there is no reason for any business not to have a toll free number. There are many advantages to having a toll free number, especially as a business owner. It not only increases customer relations, but your bottom line too.

Review Autoresponders

Understanding UBE/UCE

• Stands for Unsolicited Bulk Email/Unsolicited Commercial Email. In other words defines what spam means. This is the general definition for spam that is accepted and used by companies like Spamhaus.

• Sending Bulk email by itself is not considered as spam. This means that it may be possible for somebody to send a hundred thousand emails to email addresses and there may not be a problem.

• However, the problem will start when these emails are unsolicited i.e. people who are getting them didn't ask for them.

• The action will cause a reaction i.e. people who hate spam will start hitting "This is spam" or equivalent button in their email/webmail accounts.

• The ISPs/ESPs will soon find out and if they get more than one such instances, then they will try to get the IP address/addresses that are sending those emails blacklisted.

• Also the contents will be noted by the spam filters and possibly the URLs in the email may also get blacklisted.

• The next time if the same sender tries to send emails to same recipients or even new recipients, the chances are that they will be bounced back/end up in spam folders/deleted without any warnings.

Re-iterating the Consequences of Using a Purchased List:

• A purchased list contains a list of email addresses whose owners have not provided explicit permission to the buyer of the list to send them any emails.

• In order for you to prove that these email addresses were acquired legitimately, legally, you will need to provide information like,
o The date/time they signed up
o The IP address they used to sign up etc.

• Sending emails to such subscribers will most likely result in getting the sender’s IP addresses and the URLs used in the contents blacklisted.

• The result of which will be – the least possible – your email will go straight into the spam folder of the addressee. The worst possible – any emails sent with your URL will bounce back.

• It can take a while to get your IPs used/URLs white-listed and even that is not guaranteed.

• Countries having stringent anti-spam laws like U.S., Canada etc. can get you in trouble if you are not able to prove that the email addresses on your list provided a direct permission to your company to receive emails from you.

• In summary, sending emails to people who never gave you permission to receive emails is not a good idea. It is much better to advertise and build your own list. This way you start from building a sold database of your prospects who may eventually convert.

P.S: If it still didn't make any sense to you, simply follow this advice:

DON'T SEND ANY EMAIL TO SUBSCRIBERS ON A PURCHASED LIST. DOING SO WILL JEOPARDIZE YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS
